Our vision is to revolutionize the role of performing arts for empowerment and social change via a Tanzanian platform for contemporary dance.

Culture is fundamental to human development. Dance, in particular, has the power to challenge mindsets and to promote positive social change. It is a universal language that helps to build bridges across different nations, cultures and communities. 

Our name and logo represent the passport visa stamp, often difficult to obtain,  required by all dancers to travel abroad and share their work.  

 Our motto is ‘creativity beyond the form’.  The form- meaning the roots or traditional steps from which we first learnt how to dance. However, culture is about change and progress. Dancers move away from their roots. They create beyond the form.
